Happy Christmas from all at runbritain!

Today is the shortest day of the year - the winter solstice. It's nearly Christmas Day and the end of 2010. Time to look back on what we've done, what we've achieved and what to do next. I became the online editor of runbritain in March last year. I love running, love writing and love socialising and as the job involved all of those things I was really pleased to accept the position! The only thing I needed to do was to become more IT savvy. Well I'm a lot better than I was nine months ago but have to say that I often call on the guys at realbuzz to help me when I get stuck! I thrive on being busy and when I look at the audit below it's clear just how full-on it's been!

So what do our numbers look like?

One – number of Facebook hubs for road running, linking runbritain, Run in England, parkrun and the eight events hosting UK Championships or runbritain Grand Prix races in 2011 (launched 2nd December)

So that's all the work stuff. What about the running? Well the clip below will show you how myself, Gavin and Geoff who is MD of runbritain have religiously carried out our exercise regimen. We're fitter and more co-ordinated than ever. When you watch the clip you will see the evidence and need no further proof that as well as running we've been busy with our movement drills to help posture and balance, core stability sessions for great strength work and yoga to increase our flexibility! Have a great Christmas!!
