Help with 'Runners Trots'

Apparently 20% - 50% of runners experience a problem with 'leaky gut syndrome' or "Runners Trots". These problems often happen whilst out on a long run or worse, in a race. If you look on any forum you will see runners out there crying out for advice on how to prevent them or how to manage them and, if you don't suffer from it yourself, you probably know someone who does!

A study published in the American Journal of Physiology says that there is evidence that Neovite Colostrum can massively reduce this gut permeability, commonly known as 'leaky gut syndrome'. We got in touch with Neovite to ask for testimonials of their sponsored athletes and for some product that runbritain friends could test.

Cecilia Morrison is the World Record Holder for the 1500m and 5000m in the V70 category. We were able to interview her about her running achievements and also how she benefits by taking Neovite.

Also below are the comments made by our Product Testing Team:

I received the neovite on Friday 4th March, I read the instuctions and I'm using 10gms a day, I'm in full flow marathon training at the moment and the first thing I've noticed is that Neovite seems to help with recovery especially after my long run on Sunday. I think its maybe a bit early to tell if it has any effect regards helping my 'Runners Trots', because I had a episode while on a run on Tuesday evening and had to make a mad dash for home! - Bob

I have been taking the colostrum for over a week now and so far it is having a positive effect! I ran Silverstone Half Marathon last week with no problems, even got a pb! Yesterday I ran a 20 mile race and it worked there too! I was mixing it with milk first but didnt really like the taste. So have started using Activia pouring yogurt which makes it much nicer to drink. - Kevin.
