Arthritis Research UK is the charity leading the fight against arthritis. We work to take the pain away for the 10 million people, of all ages, suffering from arthritis in the UK and helping them to remain active throughout their life. We provide information about arthritis to the public and health professionals, so that people can make informed decisions about prevention, treatment and lifestyle. We also campaign to improve the quality of life for people who have arthritis. Everything we do is underpinned by the world-class research we fund to prevent and reduce the pain and disability resulting from arthritis.

We have guaranteed places in a wide range of running events including the Virgin London Marathon, Brighton Marathon and the Bupa Great Run Series.
