A themed 10K run offering ample marshalling, KM markers and water at 5K & 10K

All runners get a Quality TECHNICAL Running Shirt (in selected size) unique medal and Goody bag, plus fruit.

Massages available at the start and finish, changing facilities, showers,  lots of Toilets, bag store (free) refreshments available, road closures in place.
