Results of Reward Running 2011

We are pleased to announce that the adjudications have taken place and the results are confirmed for Reward Running 2011. Congratulations to all of those who finished in the top 180. The results are on the Leader Board. It has been an exciting competition and has kept us on the edge of our seats, particularly towards the end of the year when many were claiming rewards that they hadn't previously registered!
Those who finished in the top 180 have won a pair of Sennheiser’s superb CX 680i, CX 680, PMX 680i, PMX 680 or SX 680 headphones and those at the top of each region (see below) have also won an adidas miCoach pacer.
An increasing number of people listen to music when they run - 75% according to a recent survey.
Academic research confirms that listening to music can lower perception of effort, increase motivation and enhance performance and so our winners now have the chance to experience this for themselves. What a great, motivational way to start to 2012! For more tips on exercising to music please visit our runwithrhythm section.
