Jamie Baulch has won medals at the World Athletics Championships and Olympic Games in the 400m and the 4 X 400m relay. He is now training for the HSBC Cardiff 10km and hopes to tackle the Virgin London Marathon after that. We caught up with him to find out how he is coping with more aerobic training.
