SUNDERLAND 5K

The Sunderland 5k is held on one of the fastest courses in the North with many athletes recording personal bests. Two laps of one short and one long.The course record is 14.23 - Martin Scaife and 16.13 - Freya Murray. The event is open to both club and fun runners. Times of over 30 minutes are recorded towards the end of the field.
