Mallards Pike Mixed Pairs Relay

The Race is open to mixed sex couples running in a 2 stage relay 1st runners runs 5.5k lap & hands over at the start finish to the second runner for a 3.3k lap. The path is an offical running trail called the Adidas trail it is built on old forest road of compresed mud rock & stones, the tracks can be loose with puddles, the short course has a 200m muddy up bit in the middle.
