Birmingham Half Marathon

Overview: Starting in Broad Street, the race continues along a short sharp descent down Hill Street before making its way to the markets area of the city. The course turns into Pershore Road for approximately 2½ miles before turning onto a slight incline on Bournville Lane then heading onto Linden Road and then back down Mary Vale Road to begin the journey back to the city centre. Continuing along Pershore Road, between miles 8 & 9 a lap of Cannon Hill Park will be undertaken before heading back out onto the residential roads. The race will continue onto Belgrave Middleway where there is a slight incline before turning into Ryland Road, St James Road and Highfield Road, finally turning onto Broad Street and towards the finish.
