Folkestone 10 mile race (Incorporating the 2012 Kent 10 mile Championship & Kent Grand Prix Series)

Overview: A wonderful flat run along the Hythe sea front. The radce starts off with a lap on the Green which makes the race unsuitable for wheel chair users. The width restriction on the prom also make it unsuitable to run with your dog. When weather conditions are right this is a great opportunity for a personal best. Marshalls and water stations are plentiful and the route is traffic free.
