Terms and Conditions: The race is open to amateurs as defined by UKA Laws who will be over 17 on the race day. By entering the race you agree to abide by the Conditions of Entry and any race instructions given to you by the organisers and officials of the North Lincolnshire Olympic Year half marathon. Check your bank statement for receipt and acceptance of entry. Race numbers will be collected on race day. If your entry is accepted, your entry fee is not refundable under any circumstances. All participants are strongly advised to consult their doctor prior to undertaking any exercise programme. This course may be suitable for athleteswith disabilities. Please contact race organisers to discuss individual circumstances. Only finishers will receive an event t shirt For reasons of safety no entries are allowed from people on rollerskates, scooters, on bicycles, in wheelbarrows, or pushchairs. Please do not wear headphones – this rule is for your own safety – you may need to hear instructions from marshals. No pets or dogs are allowed to accompany runners, except for registered guide dogs. Please advise if you are a blind runner. By entering the event you are declaring that you are medically fit to run. The North Lincolnshire Olympic year half marathon complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 and you have the right of access to your personal records held on our computer. If you do not want your name made available to our sponsors, please tick the box on the entry form. By entering the race, you give permission for the free use of your name, voice or picture in any broadcast, telecast, advertising, promotion or other account of this event. In the event of the race being cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to contact all runners prior to the race day where possible. The web site will however be kept up to date with such information. Runners must advise the organisers of any pre-existing medical conditions and ensure all their personal details are recorded on the back of their race number.
