Overview: The race courses are on tracks and grass paths within the National Forest site of Rosliston Forestry Centre, a local tourist attraction. The Centre lies at the heart of The National Forest, a woodland haven offering cafe, picnic areas, toilets, holiday accommodation, lakes and children's play equipment. This is the 9th year for this popular event and now has a new 1 mile Fun Run. Souvenir for all finishers. Terms and Conditions: For Main Race participants must be 15 years of age or over. For Fun Run there is no age restriction but children under 7 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. All competitors participate entirely at their own risk and will not hold the organisers of the Events responsible for any accidents, injury, illness or damage as a consequence of their participation or their childs participation in the events. All participants must agree to abide by race rules and those of Rosliston Forestry Centre. All participants must be medically fit to take part in a running event. Due to the terrain the course is not suitable for wheelchairs. Car parking fees apply. Wearing of personal audio devices such as MP3 players is not allowed.
