- Terms and Conditions: There will be NO on the day entries for the 2010 Stafford Half Marathon. Places are available on a first come first served basis (maximum 2,000 runners). Entries can only be guaranteed once we have received your entry details and payment before the closing date (Friday 5 February 2010). Participants accept that they will be an amateur under UK Athletics laws and declare they will be 17 years or over on the day of the race. They accept that they are medically fit to participate in the event and that the organisers shall not be liable for any accidents, injury, loss or damage as a consequence of their participation in the race. All places are non refundable and entries cannot be deferred to 2011 – but may be transferred to another runner only if personal details are provided by Friday 12 March 2010 to conform to UK Athletics rules/for health and safety reasons. Course closes at 1.00pm (allows a minimum pace of 11 minutes per mile) – all stewards will stand down and road closures are lifted at 1.00pm, runners are advised not to walk around the course.
