parkrun update with most events active in August

The Head of Event Delivery of parkrun UK, Helen Hood, recently updated the running community on the returning parkruns across the UK. More than 500 5k parkruns have now resumed across England, and 11-14 year olds are logging walks, jogs and runs at 200+ junior parkruns.
