The McTaggart Trot - McTaggart Trot

Fun run, raising money for St Teresa's Hospice in Darlington. Teams of 3 set off in intervals of 1 minute complete a 10.mile course. Teams consist of 3 runners, a slow, medium pace and fast runner. Teams can only run as fast as their slowest runner and at 5km and 10km drop the slow/medium pace runner off to leave the faster runner to complete the course
