Winter is starting become Spring...very slowly, although I expect some may argue Winter has gone intoi reverse lookigng at the last few weeks and the anything but a hot date with the beast from the east! 

Anyway, I stayed in way too much and just did a little more strength and conditioning work that includd press ups, mountain climbs and stretching, along with a touch of pilates and yoga. 

And am I feeling the benefits...you may well ask...

I am a great believer in strength and conditioning, believeing strong runners will last longer. Not to mentio run faster and maintain an efficient technique for longer, assuming they that to start with. 

What does strong mean to you to me?
