Institute of Sport Exercise and Health 10k & 5k - The Institute of Sport Exercise and Health 5k

The ISEH 5K and 10K run returns for a 5th year within the iconic surroundings of London's Regents Park. The run is a great way to get active something which we are passionate about here at the ISEH.

You can choose either a 5K or 10K route which will be chip timed and fully signed and marshalled. The route is flat so ideal for all ages and fitness levels. In addition there will also be a 2.5K route.

You don't have to run you can walk or jog on your own or with friends, family and colleagues and enjoy the park's amazing scenery.

Entry fees:

10K Adults (over 15 years old) £20 (£18 for runners affiliated to a UK Athletics registered club)

5K Adult (over 11 years old) £12 (£10 for runners affiliated to a UK Athletics registered club)

2.5K (any age) £5

Your entry fee covers the cost of organising the event. The run is open to all and you are welcome to run for the charity of your choice.

Prizes
There will be a formal presentation at 11am with prizes for 1st to 3rd placed male and female in the 5K and 10K plus prizes for age group category winners, male and female in the 10K.

On the day

You will receive your pack containing your timing chip (5K and 10K only) and participant number in advance. Please ensure you arrive in good time before the run starts at 10am. Registration opens from 8.30am.

The 5K and 10K course will be accurately measured, held under UK Athletic rules and fully signed and marshalled.

There will be a manned baggage area to leave your belongings.

Please bring friends and family with you to support and encourage you around the course. Dogs on leads are welcome too!
