Adderbury Running Club Three Spires Challenge - Junior Half Marathon Challenge

No Entries on the day because of the prior running requirement.
Please note: you’re responsible for ensuring the junior entrants have completed the appropriate distance (approx. 12.1 miles for 7–10 year olds and approx. 10 miles for 11–14 year olds) before the event on 9th July. A checklist is available to help you keep track of how far you’ve run towards your target. Adderbury Running Club does not need to see your checklist, so you don’t need to bring it with you on 9th July. We recommend that 7–10 year olds run no more than about 1 mile per week in the period leading up to Sunday 9th July and that 11–14 year olds run no more than about 3 miles per week in the same period.
