Hook Fun Run & Road Races - William Grant Hook 10K

Our 10K course was introduced for the first time in 2016 and was an instant success, so please join us for the 3rd one. The route heads out to the leafy and picturesque villages of Rotherwick and Newnham, before culminating in a flat and fast home straight back into Hook centre.

The start and finish of the route will be in Hartletts Park, meaning that once again we can use the fantastic facilities at Hook Community Centre. In 2017 crowds of supporters came out to cheer on 1,200 finishers across all our distances, making for a really great atmosphere throughout the event.

• Start time will be 10am
• All finishers will get a medal.
• There are toilets, showers, refreshments, a baggage hall, changing areas and physiotherapy services.
• Chip timing will be used.
• There will be three water stations around the course.
• Minimum age for entry is 15 years.

This online entry page is for the Hook 10K, not to be confused with the Hook 10 mile event on the same day.

More information about the event and course is always available at www.hookfunrun.com

NOTE EARLIER START TIME THAN IN PREVIOUS YEARS OF 10AM.

Please be aware that we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances. In the event of injury entrants may switch to a shorter distance without refund of any price difference.

TEAM CHALLENGE

There will be two team challenge events for the 10k - one for running clubs and one for work-based teams or groups of friends. Teams must have a minimum of 6 members but no maximum. For teams to score there must be a minimum of two male and two female finishers.
