The Gnosall Carnival 10k will take in a varied range of terrain, farm tracks, woodland trails, footpaths, farm land and predominantly off road features.
The Event is wholly in aid of St Lawrence Church Gnosall an 1th Century Church in need of support from the Carnival in general and the 10k in particular.
Reviews from the 2016 event from Runners were very positive and complimentary on the course and event in general. To demonstrate how successful the event was we have received the following email from a Newport Running Club member:-
‘Many thanks for Saturdays 10k plus cross country. The course had everything, gravel, pathways, mud, woodland, fields, wooden planks, roads, grass, crops, farm tracks, unavoidable puddles, styles, gates, steps, hedgerows, hills. It was a great testing course. The best bit though was the most friendly and encouraging marshals I have ever come across. I really hope the word gets round and you have an even better support from runners next year. Extremely well done and thanks again’
Runners suggested that they would recommend friends and runner colleagues to enter the 2017 10k to spread the opportunity widely in the running community.
