Ras Gwyl Dewi 10K
An 'out and back' road running race between the villages of Llanddewi Brefi and Tregaron following an undulating course on quiet & scenic rural roads. Carwyn Jones from Tregaron, (and member of Cardiff Amateur Athletics club) currently holds the course record of 32:11.

Registration starts at 10:30am at the village hall and the 10K race will start at 12pm from the square. Medals will be presented to all finishers, with Trophies for winners in the following categories: 1st overall Male & Female, V40 Male, V35 Female, at 2p.m. in the hall.

A bowl of Cawl at the end of the race will be free for all entrants (£5 for non-participants). Spectators are welcome and a refreshments stall will be provided in the hall. Junior races/ wheelchair run: Start at 11:30/11:15 am, entry on the day only - £4.
