And the #clickyourclock winner is...Emily Dodds!

We are pleased to announce the winner of this week's #clickyourclock competition as the dynamic Emily Dodds  (handicap 17.3).

Throughout 2017 we are rewarding runners who have improved their handicap score  with a Polar heart rate monitor.

The competition runs during the spring and summer months. Each week a random draw is made from all runners on the #clickyourclock leaderboard whose scores have improved by any amount in the preceding seven days and the prize is a Polar FT1 heart rate monitor.

This week, there were 751 clocks clicked and, out of those, 405 showed an improvement and went into the draw. has been randomly picked this week and will soon be receiving her prize. The handicap scoring system rewards regular racing as well as improved performances.

Emily ran at the RunThrough Chase the Sun Olympic Park 10k race, finishing in a PB of 53:21 (chip time). Great running Emily!

Don't forget there are many racing days available this week as evening events are still abundant, so claim your handicap now and be ready to #clickyourclock after your race this week!

Good luck!
