And the winner is...Andrew White!

We are pleased to announce the winner, of week 8, in the 2016 #clickyourclock competition as Andrew White (handicap 15.7)

Throughout 2016 we are rewarding runners who have improved their handicap score  with a Polar Heart Rate Monitor.

At 12 noon each Wednesday, from Wednesday 23rd March to Wednesday 14th September 2016, a random draw is made from all those runners on the #clickyourclock leaderboard whose scores have improved by any amount in the preceding seven days and the prize is a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor.

This week, there were 714 clocks clicked and, out of those, 404 showed an improvement and so went into the draw.

Andrew White was picked, at random, on Wednesday and will soon be receiving his prize. Andrew ran the Perry Hall parkrun on Saturday and then followed it with the Wenlock Olympian Half Marathon on Sunday. His parkrun time of 23:35 took his handicap score to 15.6 but his Half Marathon, the next day, in 2:16:55 wasn't rated quite as highly and so it slipped back to 15.7. Nevertheless, this gave him an improvement of 0.556%.
