#clickyourclock on last week's race results

Have you raced in the last week? Did you improve your handicap score? Our top performers entered in our #clickyourclock competition, to date, improved their score by more than 3.0. #clickyourclock to see if your handicap score improvement was as impressive.

Many of the results are now in. Make sure you #clickyourclock on yours before 0900 on Thursday to be in with a chance of winning a Polar OH1 — Optical Heart Rate Sensor in the weekly #clickyourclock competition for the 2019 summer.

All runners currently on the leaderboard who have improved their handicap score in the race they have done during the last week will be entered into the prize draw for the Polar OH1, Optical Heart Rate Sensor, along with anyone else who clicks their clock and sees an improvement from their race.

Kerstin Sung (handicap 20.0) is currently top of the leaderboard after improving her handicap score by 3.6! Steve Benbow (handicap 22.6) is the top man with an improvement of 3.3.  Well done to you both!

One of the top weekend  British performances was the midland ace Alice Wright (handicap -1.4) running a big PB at San Diego Half Marathon with 1:11:37. taking her to 26th on the UK all time list.

Thomas Staines (handicap -5.7) went to the top of the 800m rankings with an impressive 1:45.67 clocking at the Music City Distance Carnival in Nashville and, in so doing, took 0.1 from his handicap score.Rosie Clarke (handicap  0.6) was also in top form and achieved a world qualifier of 9:39.08 in the 3000m steeplechase.

There are already over 900 clocks clicked but not all have improved their handicap this week. It is only those that have improved their score that go into the draw.
