Have you raced in the last week? There were many opportunities over the week with the long summer days still here!

Top of the leaderboard is Carlo Metcalfe (handicap 16.4) who has had a great 4.808 improvement in his running handicap after the mile in 6:26 1 at the RunThrough Lee Valley Velo Park over the weekend. It is great to see this improvement!
Gemma Leadbetter (handicap 15.0) has made the best improvement of the women with her 48:08 at the Doonhamer 10K and dropped her running handicap by a very impressive 4.042.
There are lots of results that have clocks to be clicked!
