Daniel has been regularly racing over the last two months and his handicap score has vastly improved.

Meanwhile, Michael Wilson (handicap 11.5) is making the most of the mid-week racing opportunities and ran the Endmoor 10k in 47:48 last Wednesday evening to improve his score by 1.494. Patricia Sturgess (handicap 9.1) also took the opportunity to race mid-week when she went along to the Cheltenham Midsummer Open Meeting and ran a great sub-six minute mile in 5:49.0. This took 1.128 from her score.

Joel Harrison (handicap 9.5) (pictured) was one of the many parkrunners to improve his score this weekend. He did the Hanley parkrun in 20:28 and knocked 0.975 from his score whilst Bevan Garner (handicap 14.4) joined the other 7.058 finishers at the Asda Foundation Leeds 10k where he ran a fabulous 47:09 and took 0.939 from his score.

There are currently more than 250 runners on the leaderboard who have improved their handicap score over the previous seven days. They will all be entered into the prize draw for the Polar FT1 Heart Rate monitor along with anyone else who clicks their clock and sees an improvement from their race this weekend.

Did you improve your score this week? Is so, be sure to #clickyourclock before 0830hrs on Thursday morning when the competition finishes for this week. Remember any one who improves their score has an equal chance of winning - good luck!
