Matthew has been making steady progress, all year, after starting his running campaign at the Rhyl 10 in February where he earned a handicap score of 20.9 for his time of 91:14. By last week, he had taken it to 12.3 after running the Sport in the Port 10k in 44:28 and this week has taken 11.45% off it with his new all-time best score in single figures!
