The current leader is Thomas Ballard (handicap 6.0) who improved his score by 12.12% when he ran 62:10 for 10 miles at the Edmund Carr Great Baddow 10 yesterday. The week before, Thomas' handicap score was 8.3 after running 83:16 at the Run Hackney Half Marathon.

Thomas' profile shows he has been stepping up his racing fitness month-on-month since March but the real difference this month is that he has put two races in and his profile hasn't had time to slip in between them. The handicap scoring system rewards regular racing as well as improved performances and, unless someone else clicks their clock with a better improvement than 12.12%, Thomas will reap the rewards for putting himself on the start line twice this month!

Did you improve your % score by more than this? If so, be sure to #clickyourclock before 12 o' clock on Wednesday when the competition finishes for this week!
