Judith Erwee-Townsend was amongst the 4561 finishers at the Lincoln 10k yesterday and put in a superb performance, finishing almost 2 minutes faster than the time she ran at the Notts AC Easter 10k. This has reduced her handicap score from 22.3 to 21.0 during April and has put her in 10th place on the Reward Running leaderboard and so in line to win Sennheiser headphones in the April competition if she keeps on improving.

If you raced this weekend and haven't found your handicap score yet make sure you sign up because the race that you ran in is most likely on the data base! Handicap scores range from MINUS 6.1 (Mo Farah) to 36 and you are somewhere in between. By reducing your handicap score you too can be in line to win an adidas miCoach or Sennheiser headphones in April.
