We have hada great week of racing with Armagharguably producing the most impressive results onThursday with 113 men dipping under 15:00 for 5k and 49 women going below 9:00 for 3k. Laura Muir was in record breaking form with a 4:18 mile in Birmingham whilst Dom Brown (pictured), James Gormley and Dani Chattenton were in great winning form at the British University Indoor Championships in Sheffield.

Love is in the air at Armagh International Races

Armagh saw perfect conditions with temperatures close to 10 degrees and just a slight breeze, as the international events began just after 8pm. A record 113 runners broke the 15 minute mark in the men's 5k and 49 women were under 10 minutes in the 3k event. The dedicated team of enthusiastic volunteers and organisers were lapping up the love from hundreds of PB performances on Valentine's night.
