Small claims top 40 finish as Weir impresses on debut

Louise Small (handicap -1.1) secured a top 40 finish in the senior women's race, while Victoria Weir (handicap 1.1) and Sam Stevens (handicap -4.0) finished as the top Britons in their junior races with 40th and 43rd place finishes respectively as the British Athletics team put in a determined showing at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships in Kampala, Uganda.
