Jonny Glen and Annabel Simpson returned to a fast 5 lap course in the Cycle Park at Lochgellyin Fife. The small-scale elite and enclosed event with no spectators and with other Covid-19 protocols was effectively a 'road-test' for future possibilities as reported by Scottish Athletics.

Olympic marathon trial to be held at Kew Gardens, London

Following the publication of the updated Tokyo Selection Policies, UK Athletics has confirmed that the Olympic Games marathon trial event will take place on a multi-lap course at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, on Friday 26 March 2021. Invitations are to be initially finalised by 11th December 2020.
