Our Conditioning and the Behavioural Triangle

Just like conditioning your body, conditioning your mind is about repeating the same “exercise” until you get stronger. Your specific ritual might differ, but the basic keys to conditioning your mind remain the same

A Race Director's Perspective - running is more than just a hobby!

Race Director, David Martin-Jewell is involved with the following eventsLlanelli Half Marathon, Great Welsh Marathon / Great Welsh Half Marathon, JCP Swansea Half Marathon and the Cardiff Met Cardiff 10K. He offers his thoughts on the COVID-19 Pandemic and the chaos sweeping through the world of Road Racing:

If like me, you are becoming increasingly frustrated of being told and hearing that we are currently going through unprecedented and uncertain times, then I guess I am not alone. This statement is not intended to undermine the importance of the situation, rather to express frustration with the potential circumstances we are likely to face in the coming days. With daily suggestions and guidance being provided by governments in the UK and across the globe, some which still requires detail, and some would say, the guidance needs to be firmer, I really feel that we are lost at sea in a directionless boat.

Enjoy the journey
